Let us know if something went wrong or not as expected
We have tested our website, API and data extensively, but in the end the proof of the pudding is in the eating as they say. If you encounter any issues we would like to hear about it.
This can be very broad, some examples:
- You receive an error message on the website (or worse, the website literally does not work)
- You encounter data points that appear inconsistent with reality
- It was unclear how to get the data you want from the web interface
We appreciate any and all reports. However, there’s a few things you can do to make it easier for us to fix the issue.
- Be very explicit about what went wrong (can you provide a screenshot)?
- If relevant, be very explicit about what you think should have happened
- Provide any details that would help us reproduce the issue (what did you click? Are you on a tiny laptop? Using Chrome, Firefox or Safari?)
